Q&A

Product questions

Specifications, documentation, storage and how to order.

Cannot find your answer? Ask the assistant in the corner of the screen, or write to us directly.

What dosage forms can you manufacture?

Film-coated and uncoated tablets, hard gelatin capsules, dry powder for oral suspension, sachets, oral solutions, creams and ointments. Each line is qualified separately and cross-contamination controls are validated.

Are your products registered with the regulator?

Every product we market carries a valid registration issued by the national drug regulatory authority for its market. Registration numbers are printed on the pack and available on request for tender documentation.

Can I get a Certificate of Analysis for a batch?

Yes. Send the product name, batch number and expiry date to our quality team and we will issue the Certificate of Analysis, along with the Material Safety Data Sheet where applicable.

Do you offer private label or contract manufacturing?

We do. We handle formulation development, stability studies, artwork, regulatory dossier support and commercial supply. Minimum order quantities depend on dosage form and pack size.

How should your products be stored?

Unless the pack states otherwise, store below 30 °C in a dry place, protected from light, and keep out of reach of children. Cold chain items are shipped in validated containers with temperature logging.

What are the shelf life and pack sizes?

Shelf life is typically 24 to 36 months from the date of manufacture, confirmed by ICH stability data. Pack sizes are listed on each product page and can be customised for institutional supply.

Need a product we do not list?

Send the molecule, strength, dosage form and expected annual volume. We will come back with feasibility, timeline and indicative costing.
